CEDMAR
Breathing new life into a brick veneer 70's home, making it comfortable, energy efficient and functional.
With a strategic approach to modernizing an existing brick veneer family home in Highton Victoria, we have given a new lease of life to an aging dwelling, creating a comfortable, efficient and functional home that will meet the needs of a young family into the future.
Much work has gone into improving the energy efficiency, including re-wrapping and adding insulation to the external walls, underfloor and roof cavity, replacing aging windows with high quality double glazed window units.
The home has had a full interior renovation improving the functionality and usability of the existing floor space without the need for a renovation.
